You understand where your patterns came from.
You know what triggers you.
You’ve learned about your childhood.
You recognize when you’re people-pleasing.
You know why you struggle with boundaries.
You may have gone to therapy, read the books, listened to the podcasts, journaled, meditated, or explored spirituality.
**So why do you still feel stuck?**
Why do you still question yourself?
Why do you still repeat patterns you understand?
Why do you know what you want—and then talk yourself out of it?
Why does it still feel like there’s something else you need to figure out before you can move forward?
This workshop is about the gap between **understanding yourself and actually living differently.**

When you trust yourself, you stop abandoning what you want every time fear, doubt, guilt, or someone else's opinion shows up.

Please come join us while we dig in on **Why Understanding Yourself Isn’t Always Enough to Change Your Life—and What to Do When You’re Ready to Finally Move Forward!**
We will be digging in on these topics:

* **Why Do You Keep Repeating Patterns You Already Understand?**
* **The 4 Beliefs That Keep You Stuck Even After You’ve Done “The Work”**
* **The 3 Steps to Turn Everything You’ve Learned Into a Life That Feels Like Your Own**

We will start the night off with meditation and then dive in! There will be a Q&A at the end, but I also welcome questions or any interaction throughout!!
Lets make this fun and relaxing! Come prepared with an intention for the time, water, a notepad if you are a notetaker and be somewhere you consider comfortable.
See you inside!
