Welcome to the VERY FIRST **MeTime with CGW — Caregivers Gone Wild!**
Now before anybody gets nervous about that title…let me explain! 😂
When we say **“Caregivers Gone Wild,”** we're talking about what happens when caregivers finally get a little time to themselves!
Because let's be honest…
We've spent so much time taking care of everybody else that sometimes we forget what it feels like to just sit down, breathe, laugh, eat something while it's STILL HOT, or go to the bathroom without somebody yelling:
**“I NEED YOU!”** 😂😂😂
Tonight is about **YOU!**
No schedules.
No medication reminders.
No "Did you eat?"
No "Where's my…?"
No "Can you help me?"
Tonight, we're pressing the **PAUSE BUTTON** on caregiving for a little while.
This is your time to laugh.
Your time to vent.
Your time to connect.
Your time to be silly.
And most importantly…
**YOUR TIME TO REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE A PERSON TOO!** ❤️
So we're going to play some games, share some funny caregiver stories, talk about the things that make us want to pull our hair out 😂, and celebrate the little victories that only another caregiver can understand.
And I want everybody to participate!
So let's start with our first question:

### 🎤 "WHAT MAKES YOU GO WILD?"

I'll go first…
When I finally sit down after taking care of everybody all day…
…and somebody says:
**“Since you're sitting down, can you…”**
😂😂😂
NOOOOOOOOO!
That's when the caregiver in me starts looking for the nearest exit!
So tonight we're going to laugh about those moments.
Because sometimes you have to laugh…
or you'll cry.
And around here, we're choosing **LAUGHTER!** ❤️😂
