#### How the afternoon flows

* **2:50-3:00 PM — Arrival** Settle in, grab a mat, meet the group.
* **3:05 PM — Yoga (50 min)** A gentle, all-levels session led by Reflect, designed to help you drop out of your head and into your body before the conversation begins. No yoga experience needed.
* **3:55 PM — Discussion: The Many Faces of Success (50 min)** A guided conversation — not a lecture — where you'll unpack what success has meant to you at different points in life, where those definitions came from, and where they might be holding you back. Icebreakers included, so you don't need to know anyone in the room to feel at home in it.
* **4:45 PM — Celebration: Cake & Drinks (45 min)** We're marking the successes in the room, however big or small, with something sweet in hand and a glass to raise.
* **5:30 PM — Closing (5 min)** A short close to help you carry what came up back out into your week.
