**About this Session:** The agency world moves fast. If you aren't reviewing your data and planning your next moves with a group of peers, you're leaving money on the table. This is a dedicated space for Agency Owners to pull back from the "daily grind" and look at the "big picture."
We meet on the last Friday of every month to audit our wins, analyze our losses, and co-operatively plan for the month ahead.

**The Monthly Agenda:**

* **The Audit (30 mins):** We review the outgoing month. What were the primary bottlenecks? Which campaigns delivered the highest ROI?
* **Resource Pooling (20 mins):** A "Give & Get" session. *Ex: "I have a surplus of design capacity this month—who needs it?" or "I’m looking for a reliable white-label SEO partner."*
* **The 30-Day Roadmap (30 mins):** We set clear, measurable KPIs for the upcoming month so we can hold each other accountable.
* **Co-Op Synergies:** Identifying opportunities for joint ventures or shared lead-gen between member agencies.

**Who should join:** Current Agency Owners (Marketing, Creative, Dev, Recruiting, etc.) who are doing at least $10k+ MRR or are actively scaling. This is not for "wantrepreneurs"; this is a high-level operational group.

**Fees and Dues:** It is free to join this Meetup group. We may share the costs of specific software tools or venue rentals if the group decides to pool resources for a specific project.
