This Saturday’s guided meditation will include moving meditation, sitting meditation, walking meditation, post meditation self-massage, and short Dharma talk via video. We will provide meditation cushions for you.
For in-person attendees, please let me know in advance if you wish to practice on chairs. Since we have very limited spots, please only enroll if you plan on attending.

Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before 10 am because the door will be closed at 1:35 pm.

The Venue will be at 422 Apollo Rd. Richardson TX

Spiritual Support for Sensitive Souls - One on One Free Event

In this Samatha Vipassanā (Stillness Vizulation) meditation retreat, Venerable Sayalay Sucitta will guide participants in the traditional Theravāda practice of Samatha-Vipassanā . Through sitting and walking meditation, participants will learn how to relax the body and mind, observe the breath, and establish mindfulness. The practice will also include reflection on the 32 body parts and kasiṇa meditation, aimed at deepening inner clarity and tranquility.
Guiding Teacher: Venerable Sayalay Sucitta
Since 2019, I’ve been studying meditation under Venerable Sayalay Sucitta, a respected Theravāda nun and teacher. Her clear and gentle guidance in both concentration (samatha) and insight (vipassanā) meditation has greatly benefited my practice. I’m deeply grateful for her teachings and hope to share the peace and clarity I’ve received with others.
