We are getting together in Glasgow to break down the essentials in a relaxed, low-pressure setting. We will walk through the basics of packing a bag comfortably, talk about the core equipment you actually need versus what you can leave behind, and share some tips for finding accessible trails around Scotland to test out your setup.

This is a space to ask questions, learn from each other's experiences, and feel more confident about heading out into the hills. Whether you have zero gear or have already started collecting a few bits and pieces, you will fit right in. It is all about demystifying the process so you can start planning your first adventure with a bit more ease.
