Join us on Sunday evenings for **Candlelit Restorative Yoga**, a deeply soothing, beginner-friendly practice designed to help you release stress, calm your nervous system, and prepare your mind and body for the week ahead.

In this class, you’ll rest in fully supported poses using props (bolsters, blankets, blocks) while surrounded by soft candlelight and gentle guidance. There’s **very little movement**—most of the practice happens close to the ground, making it accessible for all levels and all bodies.
This is a beautiful class if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, overworked, or just craving quiet time to recharge.
