​Flow and Let Go is a 3-hour Sunday morning experience designed to nourish your body, free your mind, and connect you to a like-minded tribe.
​This isn't your average wellness event - it's where yoga meets rave meets ice bath therapy, outside in the sun, all before lunch.
​Come solo and instantly feel at home, or bring your crew and make it a morning to remember. Whether you're a wellness enthusiast, a sober raver, or just someone who wants to start their Sunday with presence and play, this is for you.

​**🔥 What to Expect:**

​**🙆 09:30 – 10:00am \| Flow Yoga \(Optional\)**
​Start your day grounded with an energizing yoga session, led by one of Lisbon’s most sought after teachers. Only 25 spaces available. To join yoga, select the Yoga Ticket at checkout. First come, first served. Please only grab this ticket if you're definitely coming to yoga, as you're taking a space from someone else!
​**😎 10:00 – 11:00am \| Connect & Explore**
​Soak up the sun while making real connections. Wander through our hand-picked wellness vendors, grab a drink, or join in some playful, childlike games designed to loosen you up and bring out your inner kid.
​**🔊 11:00 – 1:00pm \| Ice Baths \+ Live DJ**
​Let go of the week with immersive sound, deep drops, and cold plunges. Soundtracked by @avishag_gaya, dance, connect, or simply chill. No pressure, just presence. We’ll ramp up the music for the final hour of peak energy, once you've connected. Fully letting go.
​**🧘‍♀️ 13:15 – 13:30 \| Wind Down Meditation \(Optional\)**
​Close the experience with a grounding group meditation led by the radiant @dana_grinberga. A chance to seal in the energy, reconnect with your breath, and leave feeling fully reset body, mind, and soul.

​**🌀 Zero Pressure, Pure Freedom:**
​Join in as much or as little as you like. Don’t feel like yoga? Skip it. Not into cold plunges? Stay warm and dance.
​Flow and Let Go is about creating a safe space to reconnect with your true self, without expectations. But hey, you might just surprise yourself.
​Maybe this is the moment you finally say “f\*#k it” and awaken a part of you that’s been asleep for years.

​Letting go doesn’t have to mean late nights and hangovers. We’re here to redefine release. Conscious, sober, and endlessly fun. Feel your soul reset as music and movement take you on a journey, all the rave energy without the comedown. Start your Sunday with intention, connection, and good vibes — then share lunch with the new friends you’ve made.

​**Limited Tickets**

Yoga is capped at 25 spaces and you’ll need to select “General Admission + Yoga” at check out.

If Yoga isn’t for you, please opt for the ticket titled “General Admission”.
​We fully expect this event to sell out and we are limited by the venue capacity to 120 people.
