Many of our eating behaviours are not conscious decisions.

They are habits.

Over time, routines form around food — when we eat, what we reach for, and how we respond to stress, boredom, or tiredness. These patterns can become automatic and difficult to change. This is why many people find themselves repeating the same cycles with food, even when they genuinely want to do something different. The encouraging news is that habits are **learned patterns**, and learned patterns can be changed.
In this workshop we will explore how eating habits develop and how they can be gradually reshaped in a realistic and sustainable way.
