Inviting all who are called to self-growth, personal development, and/or spirituality!

This first meeting will be a welcoming space for meaningful connection and reflection. You’ll have the opportunity to meet like-hearted people who genuinely care about the same things you do — and maybe even make some new friends.

The topic of Meeting #1? **What is Growth?**

We’ll begin by laying the foundation of what this group is all about, followed by a guided **Loving-Kindness (Metta) Meditation** to open the heart and ground the space. From there, we’ll move into a short written reflection to help you connect inwardly, and then flow into an open **group discussion** — where your personal insights can naturally unfold.

**Tea will be provided.**

There’s nothing you need to bring — just you, your open heart, and your presence.
