Join us for a Sunday morning hike at [Hill of Life Trail.](https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/texas/hill-of-life-via-barton-creek-greenbelt-trail) This will be a morning of fresh air, connection and rejuvenation with a community of women who enjoy wellness + the outdoors. Hill of Life is a 2.7 mile out and back trail with moderate incline and rocky areas throughout.

As always, there will be an opportunity to try out some guided mindfulness practices to help us connect with nature, unwind and rejuvenate. Women of all ages and backgrounds are welcome!

**Logistics & things to bring:**
\- appropriate dress for the weather that's easy to move in
\- Water
\- Sturdy hiking shoes with tread
\- Sun protection including hat / sunglasses

We will meet at the start of the trailhead at 1710 Camp Craft Rd, Austin, TX 78746 at 8:00AM sharp and return by 10AM. There is ample paid street parking in the area using the ParkATX app. *Please be sure to arrive \~10 minutes early to park and walk over to the trailhead.*

While we love furry friends, we respectfully ask that pets refrain from attending our hikes. This allows us to pour our attention to the humans in our group.

We are donation-based to support the cost of event facilitation and page maintenance (suggested donation: $7-15; donations are never required but very welcome). Donations may be sent by Venmo to @journeylandandsoul.
