Tuesday Tonic - Men’s Circle (Online)

**This is our first breathwork and embodiment circle — a gentle opening for those feeling the call.**
We’ll gather virtually to slow down, reconnect with our bodies, and release what’s no longer serving through conscious breath and movement.
This 75-minute session will include:

* Nervous system grounding
* Guided breathwork
* Gentle somatic movement
* Space for reflection and integration

No experience necessary — come as you are, with whatever you're holding. This is a space of deep permission and soft landing.

**A Note from Kyle:**
Hi, I’m Kyle — a breathwork and embodiment coach. Though my website focuses on men's work, I regularly facilitate breathwork and embodiment for all genders. Most recently, I led a workshop at Awaken Summer Solstice at Grande Madre Monastery.

This space was created specifically for women — to offer a grounded, sacred container to return to the body and reconnect with what’s true. I’ll be holding this space with care, presence, and deep respect for your process.
