In Week 2, we’ll break down those patterns so you can stop blaming yourself and start working *with* your nervous system instead of against it.

**Learning to feel what you spent a lifetime avoiding**
Most of us grew up in homes where feelings were ignored, punished, mocked, or overwhelmed. So we learned to disconnect, minimize, rationalize, or stay strong. The problem is—what we don’t feel, we don’t heal.
In Week 3, we’ll explore what it really means to allow your emotions instead of fighting them, shutting them down, or intellectualizing them. This is the heart of trauma recovery.

We’ll explore how the past shows up in present-day reactions, how journaling and dreams reveal buried truth, and how regression (planned or unplanned) is actually part of the healing path—not a setback.

It’s about releasing the emotional grip the past still has on you so you can finally grow into the calm, grounded, confident version of yourself you’ve been working toward.
We’ll explore what forgiveness truly means in the trauma-healing process, why it has nothing to do with reconciliation, and how stepping into “the new you” is less about changing who you are and more about uncovering who you’ve been beneath the pain.
