**We don’t do boring Wednesdays and so this week, we’re hugely excited to be hosting our latest sports & fitness social to spice up your midweek.**

Yep that’s right - for this latest social, we’re excited to be heading back to Arch Wall, near Canada Water for our **latest Bouldering Night,** exclusively for 20s and 30s.

If you’ve never been bouldering before, it’s perhaps the most social form of free climbing and one of the fastest growing sports in the world.

Unlike other forms of rock climbing, bouldering is free from ropes and harnesses and instead offers soft, safety mats and low walls to encourage climbers to explore their physical limits in a safe environment.

But it’s not just a great work out for your body, the venue offers a range of wall challenges of varying design and difficulty that will test your problem solving skills, as well as your creativity, technique and balance.

And it is the challenge element that makes bouldering one of the social sports around at present, as it is great spark for conversation in your shared attempts to take on the range of climbing routes on together.

These private bouldering sessions usually cost £20, however, we’ve been able to organise this private class, as well as all the equipment and session pass **for just £6.35pp!**

And after the bouldering, they'll be an option to head to a nearby pub so you can get a drink, share experience and get to know your fellow climbers a little better.

It should be a really enjoyable night and we'd love to see lots of you there but sadly, these places are very limited and so we will be offered on a first come, first serve basis.

FULL - Social Bouldering Night | London 20s and 30s

Arch Climbing Wall: Surrey Quays

**On Friday 9th May, we're excited to be hosting something a bit different to start our weekend of social fun... our latest Friday Night Bowling Social.**

Yep that's right... to mix things up on Friday, we'll be heading to the O2 in North Greenwich for another evening of bowling and social drinks.

To kick off the night, we've booked out a space for social drinks at a nearby pub, so you can have a drink or two, let off some steam after a long work week, before main event of the evening.

After drinks, we’ll head over to the bowling alley, where we'll be splitting across several private lanes for 90 minutes of bowling action.

And so over the course of the evening, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to enjoy some friendly competition, while you strike up some new connections.

And best of all, whilst bowling on a Friday night would usually cost you over £18, we've secured an **exclusive discount to bring the cost down to just £6.45pp!**

**It’s that time again! May is now here and we're hugely excited to be hosting our popular Social Pub Quiz, exclusively for 20s and 30s.**

Yep that's right, every month we host latest our very special creative and quirky pub quiz in Central London, just for our community.

And as always, our crack team of quizmasters have concocted a range of entertaining and social quiz rounds, each designed to challenge your wit and intelligence with a range of fun and fascinating questions.

And if that enough to look forward to, we'll also be throwing in some fun speed friending games designed to provide little ways to help you get to know each other better, test your creativity and teamwork.

Best of all, we have some amazing prizes up for grabs and so don't miss out on what promises to be a memorable afternoon of quizzing, socialising, and friendly competition.

FULL - Social Pub Quiz & Games Afternoon | London 20s and 30s

The Star By Liverpool Street - Home of Karaoke Heaven

**We don’t do boring Wednesdays and so this week, we’re hugely excited to be hosting yet another activity night exclusively for 20s and 30s to spice up your midweek.**

For this latest social, we've booked out several oches at one of the most popular activity bars in London, Flight Club in Shoreditch.

To kickstart the night, as always we've booked out a space nearby pub where you can have some drinks, meet and connect with your fellow 20s and 30s, before heading over to the experience together.

If you've never been to Flight Club before, each oche is kitted out with cutting edge dart-tracking technology and automatic electronic scoring designed to bring the game of darts into the 21st Century.

Not only does the technology take the stress out of scoring, but it also offers a range of fast and exciting multi-player games that you can play on this interactive dartboard.

From "**killer darts"** to "**snakes and ladders**", over the course of the evening we'll be enjoying plenty of competitive fun and putting our darts skills to the test against one another to determine the best sharp shooters in the group.

FULL - Flight Club: Interactive Social Darts | London 20s and 30s

**By popular demand, on Friday 16th May - we're hugely excited to be once again hosting one of our famous karaoke parties.**

Yep that’s right, after a number of requests since our last Karaoke night in February, we'll be heading for another special evening of social drinks and great tunes.

And for this latest Karaoke adventure, we'll once again be heading to the Old School Yard in London Bridge, so you can sing your heart out with plenty of 20s and 30s.

So that you can warm up your singing voice and get to know those you will be singing with later on in the evening a little better, we've booked out a private room at a nearby pub.

When we've had chance to have a few drinks and form our own bands, we'll then head across to the Old School Yard to sing the night away.

Their karaoke rooms offer a number of microphones and thousands of songs from which to choose, from pop classics, to famous dance anthems.

So there'll be plenty for you to sing along to, as well as plenty of 20s and 30s to make the night memorable.

**Best of all, the first places for the party are completely free for those who RSVP quick enough!**

Singers of all standards are welcome, whether you're tone deaf or a professional performer, we’d love to have you join us for what is sure to be a really enjoyable night.
