**We don’t do boring Wednesdays - and on 6th August, we’ll be cranking things up with something a little bit special with our first ever "Boots Up".**

Yep, that’s right - for one night only, we’ll be having our very own country-style line dancing hoedown, exclusively our community.

To make it happen, we’re partnering with the brilliant folks at **Line Dance Fit** to bring you an evening packed with music, movement, laughter, and plenty of feel-good vibes.

If you’ve never tried line dancing before - don’t worry, it’s fun, inclusive, and super easy to pick up.

You’ll follow simple, repeated steps (no partner required!) to upbeat country tracks, guided by an expert instructor who’ll keep things light, energetic, and beginner-friendly.

Not only is it a brilliant way to shake off the midweek slump, try something totally different, and meet friendly new faces - it also burns as many calories as a 30-45 minute run!

And once the dancing wraps up, there’ll be time to cool off and grab a drink with the rest of your new country crew.

This should be a great high-energy evening of social fun and best of all, **you can join us for just £6.85pp!**

**By popular demand, on Friday 8th August - we’re really excited to be hosting our latest Silent Disco Party, exclusively for 20s and 30s.**

Yep that’s right, over the last few months, we've had a huge number of requests for another of these parties and we've listened!

To start the night in style, we've booked out an area at a nearby pub in Liverpool Street to give you chance to grab a drink and get to know some of our community a little better.

When you've had chance to loosen up for the night ahead, we'll then be heading to our very own **Silent Disco Party**, exclusively for our community.

If you’ve never been to a silent disco, think of it as an amazing club night… with the same energy, dancing, and fantastic music – but with a twist.

Instead of the music being controlled by a single DJ, everyone will receive their own personal set of wireless headphones and you'll have 3 channels to choose from, giving you complete control over the music and the volume!

But these aren't generic music channels, as they'll be controlled by our resident DJ team - who'll be up against one another in an epic **"Battle of the DJs".**

Each have prepared a playlist of some of the very best tunes, from club anthems, pop classics and epic party mixes, all designed to win your attention and get you dancing.

And best of all, whilst silent discos that take place in the capital can cost over £30, we've managed to secure an amazing deal, so that you can enjoy this whole night of **amazing music and great company for just £4.85!**

**It’s that time again! With August now upon us, we're hugely excited to be hosting our latest Social Pub Quiz, exclusively for 20s and 30s.**

Yep that's right, every month we host latest our very special creative and quirky pub quiz in Central London, just for our community.

And as always, our crack team of quizmasters have concocted a range of entertaining and social quiz rounds, each designed to challenge your wit and intelligence with a range of fun and fascinating questions.

And we'll also be throwing in some fun team games designed to test your speed, creativity and teamwork - with previous quizzes featuring everything from crafty challenges, poetry duels to Marmalade Sandwich time trials!

Best of all, we have some amazing prizes up for grabs and so don't miss out on what promises to be a memorable afternoon of quizzing, socialising, and friendly competition.

Unfortunately as the pub can only fit a limited number of us in for the quiz and so as always, places will be offered on a first come, first serve basis.

**On Wednesday 13th August, we're excited to be hosting our latest FREE Board Games Night, exclusively for 20s and 30s.**

Yep, that's right - we're back and as always, we've booked out a big private space in central London and we’ve got a fantastic collection of some of the most popular games that you’ll be able to choose from.

From classics like Exploding Kittens and Uno, social deduction games like Secret Hitler and Werewolf, to party games like Codenames and Chameleon, you’re sure to find something you’ll love.

On top of this, you're also welcome to bring your own games that you love or have been excited to play with a group, providing they are short, easy to learn and accessible games.

FREE Board Games Night | London 20s and 30s

The Thirsty Bear

**On Friday 15th August, we're excited to be hosting something a bit different to start our weekend of social fun... our latest Friday Night Bowling Social.**

Yep that's right... to mix things up on Friday, we'll be heading to one of the best value activities in the whole of London, **Duckpin Bowling** at the O2, for an evening of bowling and social drinks.

To kick off the night, we've booked out a space for social drinks at a nearby pub, so you can have a drink or two, let off some steam after a long work week, before main event of the evening.

If you've never heard of Duckpin Bowling, it’s a new and fun variant of traditional bowling that’s taken off over the last few years.

Unlike traditional bowling, Duckpin Bowling favours accuracy over power and features lighter balls and shorter lanes to make the game of bowling competitive to players of all standards.

But with smaller pins, and greater space between them, you’ll need your best accuracy and precision to earn those precious strikes and spares.

And over the course of the evening, you’ll have chance to have plenty of chance to master the game and make lots of new friends in the process!

**And best of all, it is one of the cheapest Bowling experiences in the whole of London at just £6.50!**
