Saturday afternoon in Milan, what’s the plan? Let’s recharge our batteries to get ready for a brand new week. Leave behind what’s past, take the best from it, and turn it into **pure energy** for this Sunday practice.
Music will be the base of our body's movement and expression: the rythm will guide our steps and canalise our energies and emotions into something very creative and powerful.
Bring a **sports towel** and **sport clothes and sneakers**. (there are changing rooms if you need them!) Don’t forget **water** to rehydrate — and your desire to recharge!
We’ll meet outside **Dunamis Loreto – Gym of the Arts**.
Gather at **16:20,** so we can enter together right at **16:30**!

Sabato pomeriggio a Milano, qual è il piano? Ricarichiamo un po' le batterie per prepararci al meglio a una nuova settimana. Lasciamo ciò che è stato della settimana scorsa alle spalle, prendiamone il buono e trasformiamolo in **energia pura** per questa pratica della domenica.
La musica sarà la base del movimento e dell'espressione del nostro corpo: lasceremo che sia il ritmo a guidare i nostri passi e a canalizzare le nostre energie ed emozioni in un momento di grande creatività e libertà espressiva
Porta il tuo **asciugamano da sport** e **acqua** per reidratarti, **abbigliamento e scarpe sportivi** (ci sono gli spogliatoi, se devi cambiarti!) e... voglia di ricaricare le batterie!

Sunday afternoon in Milan, what’s the plan? Let’s recharge our batteries to get ready for a brand new week. Leave behind what’s past, take the best from it, and turn it into **pure energy** for this Sunday practice.
Music will be the base of our body's movement and expression: the rythm will guide our steps and canalise our energies and emotions into something very creative and powerful.

What is FLOW? A mix of Thai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and Animal Flow movements, used to create combos that will be practiced with a musical base. Every track is connected to one of the seven chakra. But don't think that it's all about meditation: it will require also strength, coordination, balance and flexibility, so expect to work on these aspects too!
Bring a **yoga mat**, if you have one (some are available at the gym) a **sport towel** and **sport clothes and sneakers (even though we are going barefoot)**. (there are changing rooms if you need them!) Don’t forget **water** to rehydrate — and your desire to recharge!

Domenica pomeriggio a Milano, che si fa? Ricarichiamo le energie per prepararci a una nuova settimana! Lasciamoci alle spalle ciò che è passato, prendiamone il meglio e trasformiamolo in pura energia per questa pratica della domenica.
La musica sarà la base del movimento e dell’espressione del corpo: il ritmo guiderà i nostri passi e canalizzerà le nostre energie ed emozioni in qualcosa di super creativo e potente.

Cos’è il **FLOW**? Un mix di Thai Chi, Yoga, Pilates e movimenti di Animal Flow, combinati in sequenze che praticheremo seguendo una base musicale. Ogni brano è collegato a uno dei sette chakra. Ma non pensare che sia solo meditazione — serviranno anche forza, coordinazione, equilibrio e flessibilità… quindi preparati a lavorare su tutto questo!
Porta con te un **tappetino da yoga** (se non ne hai uno, ce ne sono alcuni disponibili in palestra), un **asciugamano**, **abbigliamento sportivo** e **scarpe da ginnastica (anche se le toglieremo!)**. Ci sono anche gli spogliatoi, se ti servono! Non dimenticare l’**acqua** per idratarti — e, ovviamente, la voglia di ricaricarti!

Ritrovo alle **17:20**, così entriamo tutti insieme alle **17:30**!
