We encourage people to try massage therapy along with other forms of manual therapy, as they can greatly benefit health and wellness.

Massage is often a great means of reducing pain and helping to keep up with intense or even just new fitness regiments, which is why we are teaming up and offering special rates to anyone signing up through meetup.

New Clients will get get $30 off their 1st visit if you book through this group and mention it during the visit(doesn't apply towards 3hour sessions and student sessions will only be $15 off).

If you are a returning client, you can still get $20 off for these events if you mention it.

Hi everyone! This will be an all levels run! We'll meet at the Cleveland sign at the upper part of Edgewater park. Take a few minutes to get acquainted and warmed up. We'll aim to start by 10pm. The basic route should be 3 to 4 miles. If anyone is up for a longer run, we can do extend and repeating routes. An those wanting shorter, we can modify it to be shorter

Edgewater is typically well lit & safe at this hour, but still practice caution/safety please.

The main route will be to follow the sidewalks starting south, southeast, go down the hill all the way around by the water and back up by the sign, hit the middle path around the playground and back to the start.

Feel free to go your own pace and distance.
