How amazing that our first Sacred Flow Collective virtual meet lands on the new moon in Cancer! During this event we will meet in meditation to ground and foster inner peace for a happy nervous system. This evening, I will also teach you how to perform a water ceremony at home. Water has long served as a symbol of life, renewal, and intention across many cultures. Whether you see today's practice as symbolic, spiritual, or simply reflective, you're invited to take a moment to connect with what matters most to you.
