💠 It’s about feeling fully so your inner wisdom can guide the next step forward. Your feelings bring you a message. They tell you something crucial. It doesn't work to push it down or to ignore them. They only come back more intense.

💠 They are a means to connect with your True Self, buried under rules, limiters, restrictions, compromises, ego, systems, and disconnected by addictions, compulsory behavior, and protection mechanisms, also by the ego or pure conditioning.

💠 Because when you make a home for your feelings, you create a life that finally feels like you. This process is slightly different for men and women.

💠 All of this could happen based on the feelings we consciously or unconsciously felt, and we unknowingly conditioned ourselves to feel familiar with these emotions.

💠 **Familiar** doesn't particularly mean it is wanted by you or healthy in itself. That's okay. We all experience this. We all do this. Every single person on this planet. This is part of being human.

**EMBODIMENT**
Yet, this is your crucial step in the embodiment process of the alignment with our Body, Mind, Soul, and Heart.

It may not be our fault at all, yet it is our responsibility once we are adults. No one else can be called responsible for your emotions but you. This is why you need to learn how to process your emotions.

Our body is an instrument of the mind.

Not only was our mind conditioned, also our body has been conditioned.
How this came to pass? By experiencing specific emotions that were familiar, based on our environment, romantic relationships, family, school, friends, work, and the various situations we encounter at crossroads with the four pillars of health, wealth, relationships, and purpose.
