This is our weekly online gathering place where topics from across the spectrum of health and wellness are discussed.
Sometimes the conversation will be pure free flow conversation, other times the meeting will offer prompt questions to get things going or focus on a particular topic of interest.
This circle is open to all members of our wellness community as well as 1 or 2 guests.
