* Weekly 75-minute sessions 7:00pm-8:15pm
* Price: $40 per session
* Virtual (via Google Meet)

Grief changes everything-- the way you wake up, the way you move through your day, the way you see the world. But you don’t have to go through it alone.

Join us with *Through the Waves*, Marra’s Grief & Loss Group, a space to come as you are-- no pressure, no pretending you’re “fine.”

Together, we’ll talk, listen, and hold space for one another. You’ll learn tools to make sense of what you’re feeling, and slowly find your way back to yourself-- at your own pace.

This group is a supportive space for adults grieving a loved one, and looking for connection and understanding in community.

2. Understanding the Grief Process
3. Navigating Triggers & Milestones
4. Relationships & Social Support
5. Meaning-Making After Loss
6. Self-Compassion & Closure & Reflection

*This group is not appropriate for those under the age of 18, or those experiencing perinatal loss, acute crisis, active suicidal ideation, or untreated severe mental illness.
