We’re excited to introduce **OutThere Norwich CIC.** We are a social enterprise running community events hosted at*The Lions' Den*.

**Come along to our monthly Meet Up!**
This initiative is completely free and open to all, providing an opportunity to prioritise your mental health, connect with others, and enjoy the benefits of being active in nature. 🌿
**Here’s how it works:**

* **Arrive:** From 9:30 AM
* **Choose your activity:** Paddle, walk, run or cycle
* **Start time:** Activities begin at 10:00 AM,

The event is designed to get you moving, breathing fresh air, and connecting with like-minded individuals in a supportive community. Whether you’re looking to ease into exercise, meet new people, or simply take a moment for yourself, *OutThere Norwich* welcomes everyone, no matter your experience or fitness level.

After your activity, join us back at *The Lions' Den* to unwind with warm drinks and great conversation.

Together, we’re building a space where wellbeing, community, and the outdoors come together. We can’t wait to see you there! 💚
