Join us for **Strike Up a Date**, a playful night of bowling, banter, and real connection. You’ll be placed on a team of six for each game—and after every round, you’ll switch things up so you can meet new singles throughout the night.

✨ **Here’s how it works:**
If you get a **strike or a spare**, you’ll draw from our *Strike Up a Question Bowl*—filled with curated, open-ended, flirty-but-fun questions. You’ll pick someone on your team to answer the question, giving everyone a chance to break the ice and spark meaningful (or hilarious) convos.
Whether you're a bowling pro or can barely hit a pin, this event is more about connection than competition.

💡 **This is a hetero-focused singles event.**
To keep the experience balanced and fun, we have designated tickets for men and women. Please be sure to select the correct ticket type when signing up so we can keep teams even and everyone mingling smoothly.

This event is open to members of Trying to Adult RVA and non-members!
Price to join is $20 for premium members, $25 for members, and $30 for non-members. Spots are first purchased first confirmed. Space is limited to 18 people.

Nestled in an antebellum building on Historic Church Hill, Patrick Henry Pub is just a block away from the iconic St. John’s Church, where Patrick Henry delivered his famous speech: *“Give me liberty, or give me death!”*

Explore the casual yet inviting atmosphere featuring a cozy restaurant and an authentic English pub. Whether you’re in the mood for a delicious pizza, a classic burger, or light snacks, there’s something for everyone—plus a full bar to keep the good vibes flowing.

This event is for Trying to Adult RVA members. Memberships start at $5/month and can be cancelled or paused at any time! We would love for you to join us. Space is limited to 20 people. Spots are first claimed first confirmed. All attendees must have a confirmed ticket to attend.
