Start your day with an energizing, all-levels Muay Thai session led by 7X Muay Thai World Champion **Jef Oliveira**. No experience needed—just bring your energy, **a pair of boxing gloves**, and get ready to sweat!
* **Ice Bath Club Experience**
After training, we’ll walk over to the Ice Bath Club for an ice plunge, sauna, and hot spring recovery session. Discover the benefits of contrast therapy, boost your recovery, and feel amazing!
* **Community & Connection**
Meet like-minded people who care about health, growth, and having fun together. This event is perfect for anyone looking to try something new and build great connections.
