Join us for a relaxing Saturday morning at Wash Park for Sip & Flow, a casual yoga and matcha meetup in the park.
We’ll start with a one-hour outdoor yoga flow led by Stretchy Patel, then stay after to sip matcha, hang out, meet new people, and enjoy the park.
This is meant to be relaxed, social, and beginner-friendly. Come for the yoga, the matcha, the community, or all three.

**What to Bring**
Bring a yoga mat, water, sunscreen, and anything you need to be comfortable outside. You’re welcome to bring a blanket or chair if you want to stay and hang after yoga.Please arrive a few minutes early so we can get settled before yoga starts at 9 AM.

**Open Recovery Meetings offer a judgment-free space for everyone.** Whether you’re sober, using, questioning your relationship with substances, or simply curious about change, this is a place to share, listen, and connect in community.

These gatherings are facilitated by Kate, a peer support professional with lived experience and five years in recovery, alongside a co-facilitator, Lorren, with 2½ years alcohol-free. Together, they create a space rooted in honesty, compassion, and real connection.

Grounded in the belief that healing happens in community, this is a warm, inclusive environment that welcomes LGBTQIA+ and undocumented community members. **All are welcome—come exactly as you are.**
