Here's the deal for online: camera on or off, completely your call. You can talk, drop a line in the chat, or simply be here quietly with the rest of us. Turning up is the brave bit, and honestly, for a lot of us, even zoom calls can be a major trigger as it is.

So, the goal is firstly creating a safe space and then as we grow confident together, dipping our toes into a more structured and practise-based meeting, following the concept of an 'exposure ladder'.

This one's a bit of a gauge, to see if the online format helps people who'd rather ease in from home first, or who can't always make it in person. And I'd genuinely love your input: if you've got a different idea for how these online ones should run, tell me 😊

I started this group because I've been challenged with public speaking anxiety for a long time and I'm tired of doing it on my own. My guess is a few of you feel the same. So this is simply about being in the same (virtual) room for a little while, and realising none of us are the only one.
