"Tune In, Drop In" - A Community Yoga Experience

🗓 Wednesdays, 7:15–8:30pm (September & October only)
📍 The People’s Yoga – 3014 NE Killingsworth St, Portland, OR 97211

Join us for a community-centered, donation-based yoga class designed to support mind, body, and spirit. This gentle hatha-based flow is an opportunity to ground, restore, and connect with yourself — and can serve as a supportive tool for psychedelic integration. All levels are welcome.

Classes are donation-based (no one turned away due to lack of funds), with contributions supporting The People’s Yoga and its commitment to accessible, community-oriented practice.

NOTE:
If you're new to People's Yoga, you will need to complete a waiver beforehand. Two ways to complete:

  1. Register Online Directly Here - look for the class labeled "In Studio - Donation Class with TPY Alumni" at 7:15pm on Wednesdays.
  2. Walk-in & register at the front desk (arrive a little early to do so).

About Your Instructor - Max Kelemen
My intro into yoga began in high school through a friend’s mother who was a devoted student of Iyengar. Since then, I’ve practiced various styles of yoga for over 15 years. I recently completed a 300-hour teacher training with Suniti Dernovsek at The People’s Yoga, a program weaving together somatic teachings, Buddhism, anatomy, and mindful movement rooted in Hatha yoga. I began this training to deepen my personal practice and am now beginning the path of sharing it with others. Come explore some breath, movement, and mindfulness together!
