We will have 2-3 speakers and 1 of them will give us an English speech. The place, Shibuya Hikarie, is located in central Tokyo, with a really nice view. Any lightning talks will be welcomed. We’ll be happy to share our thoughts.
How to get there:
We will get together 18:15-18:30 at 11F Office Entrance at Sibuya Hikarie Bldg. The place is called "Sky Lobby".

“On Becoming Data Citizen”
Data about us which is circulating in ever wider contexts, as indexed by the Quantified Self and Personal Genomics movements. These data lead to the creation of virtual ‘shadows’ of ourselves. We call call this emergent entity the ‘data citizen’. We propose that policy and design need to be brought together as new modes of citizenship are being created.
Judith Gregory is Co-Director of the EVOKE & Values in Design Laboratory at University of California-Irvine. Geoffrey C. Bowker is Professor at the School of Information and Computer Science, University of California at Irvine.

"Exploration of My Mind with Personal Genome"
I will introduce our MyFinder Project and present the results of a recent study on “social intelligence genomics and empathy building”, and discuss issues involved in exploring our mind within the context of personal genomics.
And we are thinking to have one more speaker for QS topic.
