Hi everyone,
I am conducting the Soba making event for international exchange as my life work. I have got an acquaintance with the master of Soba shop whom we owe always. He, Nagao-san an ex-banker of executive, has established “the association of Soba making master” that gathered more than 1,000 associates, now been running his own Soba shop in Yushima called “Jyuu-hachi wari soba”. He said “My mission is to make everyone be smile”.
The master is annually selling the Soba in the Youshima shrine nearby his shop so that he can donate the proceeds to children who doesn’t have parent as their school expense.
So, we are recruiting volunteers who can be selling soba with us!

We have got many favorable comments for the Soba making. The master is really kind and entertains us so much!
