Hi everyone,
We are conducting the Soba making event for international exchange as our life work. I got acquaintance with the master of Soba shop whom we owe always. He, Nagao-san an ex-banker of executive, has established “the association of Soba making master” that has gathered more than 1,000 members, now been running his own Soba shop in Yushima called “Jyuu-hachi wari soba”. He said “My mission is to have everyone smile”.
The master is annually selling the Soba in the Youshima shrine nearby his shop so that he can donate the proceeds to children who doesn’t have parent as their school expense.
So, we are recruiting volunteers who can be selling soba with us!

We are conducting the charity in the ground of the shrine. Fortunately, the festival is now held during the a plum-blossome season. You can see a lot of event such as a Japanese traditional dance and drums and etc.
