D&D 5e (2014) / Burnock Mill Toll / Otsuka RPG Day

The King is dead. Long live the King.

The conquering usurper Lord Saxton has succeeded in his plan to bind an angel to his will and eliminate Edmond Bedegar, the last remaining rightful hier of the House of Bedegar. In doing so he has secured his place on the throne of Bedegar and has set about reshaping the Duchy in his image; A human dominated land for the benefit of humans.

Seeing the changes taking place a large number of non-humans have started leaving Bedegar; some volantarily, some forced. On one of the roads near the duchy's borders the banished "Baron" Wigar Uthrak has started robbing travellers under the pretense of a "bridge toll". He intends to use the treasure as a means to reclaim his titles and lands under the new reign of Lord Saxton.

Character Creation
This adventure will be for 5th level characters. Standard mundane equipment can be applied as makes sense for the character. Additionally characters can equip 1 rare magic item, 1 uncommon magic item and 300 gold pieces.
All character sheets must be printed and all dice must be physical. There will be no digital devices allowed at the table.
