Singapore has been the world's busiest port for over a century, which was only accelerated by the construction of the Singapore Sling - a 50km-long railgun capable of launching cargo into orbit. The city's ability to launch cargo into the stratosphere has only further stratified society, with citizens of The Upper Crust aping neo-Victorian fashions in their towering arcologies, while the ordinary citizens fiercely compete for money, status, and the right to stay in the city.

Technoir is a rules-lite dice pool system where players and the GM trade dice back and forth for bonuses and the chance to take enemies off the board; players use their character's Verbs to apply Adjectives to their adversaries. Please bring a fistful of d6s, preferably in colours other than blue and red (though if you do have a lot blue and red d6s, please bring 5 of each colour!).
