Hey Guys! Come join me for a Sunset Power Vinyasa Yoga Flow Wednesday in Pacific Beach at 4:30pm.

We’ll set an intention and get a great workout. The location is in Palisades Park (across the street from the address, 4877 Ocean Blvd, San Diego, CA) which is phenomenal location; a perfect spot to practice with an ocean view and various natural lights that appear at the end of the day. After practice we can get some food and drinks at one of the local restaurants…selection of Greek, Thai, or Mexican food are my favorite!!

These yoga sequences are geared to develop your quads (good for bouldering, climbing, hiking), abs (great for runners, balancing sports, circuit training, hiking), and shoulders/chests (surfers, weight lifting, climbing, hiking). For mental clarity and focus, these practices also teach us breath work for concentration, calm emotions and lower heart rate (under pressure/challenges, come back to your breath).

Let’s workout our mind, body and breath!

What you will need:

1. Loose, comfortable workout clothes
2. Yoga mat
3. Water
4. Towel

This is a donation based practice where I donate my time and you donate your positive energies. However, if would like to make a monetary donation and are in a good place to do so, these are much appreciated (recommended $7-10).

Hey guys, let's go to Uptown for their Silent Disco. If you haven't experienced a silent disco this will be a really fun experience.

Everyone is given a pair of headphones at the entrance (they are free, but you have to return them). There are 3 channels playing different music, which you can change with a button on the headphone.

This is a soft start time, but it does tend to get more crowded later in the evening. If you want to have dinner it would be best to arrive on the earlier side.
