１．対象： 1BJ エンジニア、システム・IT関係、専門職等。イングリッシュネイティブの方は大歓迎。前記以外の方でもパソコン、経済など話題をお持ちの方はご連絡下さい。語学力は初級など特に問いません。女性の割合が少ないので職種などのしばりは有りませんので気楽に参加下さい。
２．場　所：『テラッセ納屋橋』の２Fフードコート　 名古屋市中区栄１丁目２−４９　　徒歩：名古屋駅から９分、🔳納伏見駅から５分
（広小路通と堀川が交差した納屋橋でドンキホーテ・大垣銀行がテナント入店いる建物。）

５．スケジュールと手順：
-1　スケジュール
①受付：受付時（15:50～16:00）にグループＮＯが記載された「メモ」を受け取ってください。
・1回目席替え　16:00～16:30 （英語）、16:30～17:00（日本語）
・2回目席替え　17:00～17:30 （英語）、17:30～18:00 （日本語）
②解散：18:00になりましたら、終了ですので各自帰路について下さい。

①言語切り替えの時間管理は各自でご注意願いします。
②英会話風景や集合写真をミートアップHP等に載せる場合が有ります。
６．注意事項：
①前日の参加登録者が 7人以下等でイベントをキャンセルする場合が有ります。当日の10:00am迄にMeetup HP上でキャンセル処理を致しますので、ご確認とご注意をお願い致します。
②以下はこのMeetupで禁止です。
・他のサークル/マルチ商法/セールス/宗教などへの勧誘やそれを目的とした連絡先交換は他でお願い致します。
・ナンパ/しつこい連絡先の問い合わせ。
・主催者の了解なくイベント終了後にメンバーを率いて2次会、ホームパーティ等への誘い。
・無断欠席の多い方、イニシャル参加

(Located at the intersection of Hirokoji Street and Horikawa River. Don Quijote and Ogaki Kyoritsu Bank are in the same building.)

Please receive a memo with your group number at the reception desk between 15:50 and 16:00.
– First Rotation –16:00–16:30 (English)、16:30–17:00 (Japanese)

– Second Rotation –17:00–17:30 (English)、17:30–18:00 (Japanese)
② Dismissal:
The event ends at 18:00. Please head home at your convenience.
５．Other
① If the number of registered participants on the previous day is 7 or fewer, the event may be canceled.
Cancellation notices will be posted on the Meetup page by 10:00 AM on the day of the event, so please check for updates.
②🔳The following activities are prohibited at this Meetup:
・Soliciting or promoting other groups, multi-level marketing, sales activities, or religious groups, as well as exchanging contact information for these purposes.
・Leading members to after-parties, home gatherings, or similar events without the organizer’s approval after the Meetup ends.
If you witness any of these behaviors, please contact the organizer.
To prevent trouble, we may remove the person from the registration list as a procedural measure.
