Hi all,

Here is the agenda for the next meeting:

• Welcome and Ice-breaker (10min)
• Introductions (10min)
• Group purpose and goals (20 min)
• Recruitment ideas (10 min)
• Next meeting brainstorm (10min)

If we can get at least five members to RSVP then we will keep this scheduled as planned. Otherwise I will reschedule for a future date.

The 1000円 RSVP money will go towards the restaurant bill. The only purpose of the fee is to discourage no-shows. Please let me know if you have any questions.
