We are all learning AcroYoga together so if you have never tried before this event is perfect for you!
We start with simple poses everyone can do and work our way to more advanced poses to give everyone a challenge.

You can arrive whenever you want.

We are outside so the event is free.

If you have a yoga mat please bring it. We are outside and it's a lot more comfortable to do acro with a mat.
