⏱ Schedule
2:00 PM – Gather & settle down (short intro round)
2:30 PM – Start painting (free style OR theme: Autumn colors & happy moments)
4:00 PM – Short break, chat, and show each other’s work
4:30 PM – Final touches & group photo with artworks
5:00 PM – choose the lucky winner and Wrap-up

1000 yen (organizing fee & Meetup management)
If you bring your own supplies → just the 1000 yen fee
If you need supplies from us → please add +300 yen
(includes canvas, colors, brush, cup & other essentials)
⚠️ Important Notes
🎒 If possible, bring your own paints/brushes to keep things personal.
👕 Wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little paint on.
🌦 In case of rain → event will be postponed or moved indoors (notice will be given).
🛑 If we have less than 10 participants, the event will be canceled—so please RSVP as soon as possible to secure your spot.

14:30 – ペイント開始（自由スタイルまたはテーマ「秋の色・幸せな瞬間」）
16:00 – 休憩＆おしゃべり、作品シェア
16:30 – 仕上げ＆作品と一緒にグループ写真
17:00 – 幸運な勝者を選んで解散

👕 服に少し絵の具がついても大丈夫な格好でお越しください。
🌦 雨天の場合 → 延期または屋内に変更（事前にお知らせします）。
