🧭 Why This Class?
You don’t need to be strong. You just need to start.
This isn’t a “fitness kickboxing” class where you fake punches into the air.
But it’s also not a fight gym.
We’re here for something real — and welcoming.
You’ll learn basic strikes, kick technique, how to hit pads, how to move.
All levels are welcome, especially if this is your very first time.
We’ll sweat, laugh, focus, and grow — together.
🥋 Class Flow
- Stretch & Warm-Up
Light mobility work to prep your hips, shoulders, and legs.
- Shadow Kickboxing
Learn basic combos and movement through guided shadow drills.
- Pad & Bag work
Practice combos on the mitts and heavy bag — feel the impact.
- Partner Drills
Controlled partner work (no hard contact) to build distance, rhythm, and reaction.
- Cool Down
Gentle stretches and breathing to finish strong.
