🧭 What This Class Is
Not just fitness.
Not hardcore boxing either.
This is where beginners learn real technique — at their own pace.
You’ll learn how to punch, move, and build rhythm.
We hit pads, train together, and even try light sparring in a relaxed, safe way.
No ego. No pressure. Just the basics — done right.
🥊 Class Flow
- Stretch
Light stretching focused on shoulders, hips, and core.
Prepares the body and helps prevent injuries.
- Warm-Up
Shadowboxing to check form and rhythm.
Basic punches like jab and one-two to warm up the body.
- Mitt & Bag Work
One-on-one mitt work with the trainer.
Practice basic punches and simple combinations.
Followed by solo training on the heavy bag.
- Partner Drills
Work in pairs with light movement drills.
Focus on distance, timing, and reaction.
No hard contact.
- Cooldown
Slow stretching and deep breathing.
Helps release tension and support recovery.
