🧭 Why This Class?
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to be strong.
You just need to show up.
This class is for anyone curious about kickboxing — even if you’ve never thrown a punch or kick in your life.
We focus on real technique, but with a chill vibe.
You’ll learn how to stand, how to punch, how to kick — all at your own pace.
It’s a safe space to move your body, break a sweat, and have fun.
🥋 Class Flow
- Stretch & Warm-Up
Light mobility work to prep your hips, shoulders, and legs.
- Shadow Kickboxing
Learn basic combos and movement through guided shadow drills.
- Pad & Bag work
Practice combos on the mitts and heavy bag — feel the impact.
- Partner Drills
Controlled partner work (no hard contact) to build distance, rhythm, and reaction.
- Cool Down
Gentle stretches and breathing to finish strong.

- Wed / Thu / Fri (Kickboxing)|6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Sat / Sun|6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
*Doors open 5 min before class. Please wait outside until then.

- Drop-In: ¥3,000
- 1-Week Trial: ¥3,000
- Monthly Plans: Weekday ¥5,500|Weekend ¥5,500|Unlimited ¥8,800
