Japan's women-led innovation ecosystem is not waiting anymore.
Tonight was proof. Founders, investors, policymakers, researchers, community builders, and advocates, all in one room, all moving at the same time. This is what it looks like when the ecosystem stops being described and starts being built.
We opened the night asking who shapes the city. We examined how capital flows and who it bypasses. We interrogated the gap between research and real-world impact. We built the case for community as infrastructure, not an afterthought. We confronted women's health as a market, a policy challenge, and a social imperative. We talked about visibility, storytelling, and what it costs to keep hiding.
None of these conversations is finished. They are just starting.
This closing session is our commitment to each other and to the work. The Living Ecosystem does not end tonight. It returns. Each time with more data, more deals, more momentum, and less patience for the status quo.
