Our selected venue brings together the best of both worlds. Imagine fresh summer rolls with herbs so fragrant you can taste the garden. Pho broth simmered for hours with French finesse. Banh mi reimagined as French dip sandwiches. Every dish honors Vietnamese home cooking while embracing the culinary techniques that make French cuisine legendary.

⏰ IMPORTANT: Please arrive by 12:45 PM (15 minutes before 1:00 PM). This ensures everyone is seated and settled so we can begin our culinary journey together at 1:00 PM sharp. Late arrivals disrupt the carefully choreographed dining experience for the entire group.

Expect the classics reimagined through a French lens—pho with broths that reveal layers of complexity, fresh spring rolls that showcase pristine ingredients, banh mi served with rich dipping broth in the French dip tradition. You'll encounter dishes like Burmese tea salad with fermented tea leaves and crispy legumes, alongside seasonal creations that marry Japanese ingredients with Vietnamese-French technique.

### Post-Lunch Social Coffee (Optional)

For those who'd like to extend the afternoon, we'll gather at a nearby café for coffee and continued conversation. This optional extension (approximately 60 minutes) offers a perfect opportunity to reflect on the meal, deepen connections made at lunch, and transition gently back to your day. Coffee and any additional refreshments are ordered and paid for individually.

### IMPORTANT Cancellation Policy

Due to the intimate nature of this culinary experience and advance coordination required with the restaurant, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice will be charged a ¥4,500 cancellation fee. This policy ensures fairness to others on our waitlist and allows the restaurant adequate time to prepare this carefully crafted experience.

Our selected venue is located in one of Tokyo's most sophisticated neighborhoods, just minutes from the Station. The restaurant features elegant marble tables and an atmosphere that balances refinement with warmth—the perfect setting for modern Vietnamese cuisine. The venue name and exact address will be shared with confirmed attendees 24 hours before the event.
