To kick-start the first of what we hope will be more regular gatherings, we are pleased to welcome Gilad Friedman, VP of Global Channels at Panorays and Maor Shwartz, Cyber Researcher at Sompo Cybersecurity for a stimulating discussion on managing third party cyber risks.

About the speakers
Maor Shwartz, Cyber Researcher, Sompo Cyber Security
Based in Tokyo, Japan, Maor Shwartz is a cyber researcher at Sompo Cyber Security, a subsidiary of Sompo Holdings, one of the largest insurance companies in Japan where he is also responsible for managing relationships between global cybersecurity vendors and the Sompo Cyber Security team in Japan. Maor started his career in the research and product division of the Israel Defense Force's Air Force Intelligence and also worked as a cyber researcher for Unit 8200. He later worked at Beyond Security as a program manager for SecuriTeam Secure Disclosure (SSD) and then at Novartis as a threat hunter researcher. He is also the founder of Q-recon, a vulnerability brokerage company selling 0-Days to governments and offensive security companies. Maor has spoken and presented at numerous cybersecurity conferences including BlackHat 2019 USA, the China Internet Security Conference (ISC) and Zer0Con.
Gilad Friedman, VP Global Channels, Panorays
Gilad Friedman is an executive of over 26 years of experience in the software industry. After finishing his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Statistics, Gilad started his career at Amdocs Ltd. as a computer programmer, specializing in Client-Server technologies. Gilad then entered the startup world with AlwaysOn Ltd., a then revolutionary startup in ASP (Application Service Provider), what ended up eventually as Cloud Technology years later. For the next 14 years, Gilad worked in an international French company, Dassault Systemes in various executive roles, also spending almost 3 years in Tokyo Japan working predominantly with IBM and its VARs. Gilad ended his tenure in Dassault Systemes as the general manager of their Israel office for 4.5 years. Gilad was then a founding member of another startup in the Smart Home industry, SwitchBee, leading all their sales and marketing efforts. Gilad then moved to a SaaS startup, WalkMe, who paved a new category into Software Adoption where he built their partnership strategies and execution, building relationships with hundreds of partners globally from small and mid-sized to the worlds largest. During his tenure at WalkMe, the company grew from 200 to over 1200 employees and became a publicly traded company. At Panorays Gilad is tasked with leading the firm's global channels strategy. Panorays is an Israeli based cyber-security startup, revolutionizing how third-party security risk management is managed end-to-end.
