Chichibu sightseeing & Nagatoro river rafting

Let's take a day trip to 秩父 Chichibu

Please bring your own lunch or buy it at Seibu-Chichibu station before the agreed meeting time

This is the proposed itinerary, and may be changed.

We'll leave Seibu-Chichibu station at 9:45am, so please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes earlier.

We will then head towards Hitsujiyama Park (arrive 10.15am). We'll allow sufficient time to walk around the park (leave 11am).

We will then walk (10 minutes, arrive 11.10am) to Ohanabatake Station, from where we shall take a train for 30 minutes, to Nagatoro. (arrive 12pm)

Hodosan Shrine is a 10-15 minute walk from Nagatoro station. It boasts a Michelin Green Guide Japan 1-star rating (arrive 12.15pm, leave 12.45pm)

We will then return to Nagatoro station for a scenic riverboat cruise - this will cost ¥2000〜¥2500.

After the riverboat cruise we will finish the event, and you will be free to spend more time in Nagatoro or Chichibu.

Event fee:
¥750 - early discount if you pay by 24th May evening (PayPay, or in cash at an earlier event).
¥1000 on/after 25th May.
