Join us for one of Tokyo’s most exciting traditional festivals — the Sanja Festival at Senso-ji in Asakusa!
The Sanja Festival is famous for its energetic mikoshi (portable shrines), lively chants, street food stalls, and vibrant atmosphere. The entire Asakusa area comes alive during this three-day celebration of Japanese tradition and community spirit.
We will walk around the temple area together, watch the mikoshi processions, enjoy festival food, and soak in the incredible atmosphere. This meetup is perfect for both locals and visitors who want to experience authentic Japanese culture.
