Clock Tower, Yoyogi Park, 時計塔, 2, 代々木神園町2, Tokyo, JPKids, let's play English games at the park. We will use alphabet cards, picture cards, bingo sheets, action songs and many more.

Yoga and Belly Dance in Yoyogi Park

Lesson Plan
15 minutes Warm-up Yoga stretching and basic belly dance movements
20 minutes Belly Dance Routine - Camels, sways, circles, figure 8s, twists, hip drops, transitions, combinations and variations
10 minutes Cool Down yoga stretching
What to wear: Comfortable exercise clothes.
What to bring: yoga mat (if you don't have one, let me know and I will bring one for you)
