This meetup series for people in their 20s and 30s—both foreigners and Japanese—who live in Tokyo and sometimes feel the loneliness of the big city.🏙️
Tokyo can feel overwhelming and isolating, but it doesn’t have to be. Metropolitan Weekend is about bringing people together to share conversation, laughter, and new experiences.
Three events include:
1. Conversation for Introverts / Tokyo Introverts Meetup – A safe and welcoming space for introverts to connect and enjoy meaningful conversations.
2. Geek Tokyo Weekend – Explore Nakano Broadway and dive into Tokyo’s geek culture together.
3. Deep Tokyo Weekend – Discover hidden spots and places that are hard to go alone, but fun to experience as a group.
By combining these events under the theme of Metropolitan Weekend, we want to create moments where people can relax, make new friends, and enjoy the city together.
A place where foreigners and Japanese of the same generation can ease their loneliness and find happiness in shared laughter.😊🌿
