Kickboxing in English (Beginners class 初級 🔰)

Greetings everyone!

Welcome to Tokyo Kickboxing group!

(cost is 1000¥ per person to cover the studio rental fee)

The meeting location is on the first floor of Tiara. We will then go to the studio on the 2nd floor at 15:30.
**IF YOU ARRIVE LATE: Please don't go to the reception on the first floor. You have to come straight to the second floor and join us for the class.

Once you're changed, please bring the payment of 1000¥ to me and write your name on the attendance sheet. (1500¥ if you are doing both classes)

The concept of this and future events is to learn and communicate in English while practicing kickboxing in a friendly environment.

This will be training for BEGINNERS.

The INTERMEDIATE-ADVANCE class will start after this one. (I have created an event for that class also)

Please feel free to attend both classes if you wish to.

The training will be indoors in a rented studio. Please make sure to bring your sportswear and your water and take off your shoes before entering.

The class will start at 3:30pm and finish at 4:30pm. ***BOXING GLOVES ARE REQUIRED (Any type/size is fine). If you don't have gloves, there are plenty of gloves available to borrow. Please bring a pair of gardening gloves (軍手) to wear under the borrowed boxing gloves.
