Yoga class by Bhakti Sri! “Yoga in Art”
Step beyond the ordinary yoga studio and experience yoga in a special space where mind and body, movement and creativity come together.

Practice yoga in an atmosphere unique to one of Tokyo’s leading contemporary art spaces. This is an experience to be enjoyed with all five senses, as well as through breath, mind, and soul.

This special session is led by Tokyo-based yoga instructor Bhakti Sri (Shuko Ikei).

Come and give your senses and brain a break from constant smartphone use, and enjoy your body, the space, and your breath in this mindful class.
