◯ What We Do

• Meaningful, fun conversations about sustainability-related topics in a relaxed atmosphere without alcohol
• No greenwashing

◯ Who Can Join

• Anyone from any field who cares about the environment, society, and the green economy

◯ Schedule

• 7:00 PM – Meet at the cafe and order non-alcoholic drinks
• 9:00 PM – Event ends
• If you arrive late, please find the group on your own. Messages will not be checked after 7:00 PM.

◯ Participation Fee

• ¥500 (attendance fee, cash only)
• ¥100 (garden entrance fee)
• Drink/food fees are not included—everyone must order something.

◯ Language

• English and/or Japanese depending on the attendees. Please support each other.
• 日本語だけの場合も有。英検3級以上推奨。

◯ What to Bring

• 1 question or topic to help you join the conversation
• Example: I want to know if environmental educator jobs exist :-)

◯ Attendance

• Minimum: 4 people / Maximum: 8 people
• The event will be cancelled if the minimum is not reached 4 days in advance

• No-shows will be removed from the group
• Last-minute cancellations (within 24h) must be messaged directly
• Frequent cancellations or unreliable RSVPs = removal
• Only those who RSVP may attend
