Take a peaceful break from the city and join us for a beginner-friendly guided meditation in Yoyogi Park.
We’ll gather outdoors for a calm early afternoon session focused on breathing, relaxation, and mindfulness. No previous meditation experience is needed — just come as you are.
We will meet at Jingū Bashi Bridge at 14:00, then walk together into Yoyogi Park and find a quiet spot for the meditation.
The session will include a short introduction, a guided meditation, and an opportunity to connect with other participants so we can learn from eachother.
Please bring something comfortable to sit on, such as a yoga mat, towel, or picnic blanket. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
